The story
/01
Goals and priorities
The seminar became the place where I started to actually identify with what I want to do, which in my case is different forms of alternation, specifically futuristic and speculative design.
/02
Process
During the semester I started finishing projects I had been keeping in a drawer, and I'm still developing them. That's probably the best thing that could have happened to me, because I tend to do everything at the last minute and often leave personal projects unfinished. I genuinely enjoy exploring new trends and experimenting with ideas, and the seminar gave me the space for that kind of creativity.

Individual project, Afterlife
Working on my individual project Afterlife gave me the chance not only to explore an alternative view of life after death, but also to share my thoughts and concepts with others.
I feel like I've found my passion in futuristic and speculative design, in building concepts that can push the limits of how we think. Even though the project isn't fully finished, I'm convinced this experience will give me a valuable foundation for future work in UX/UI design.

What it really means
In short, I finally have a place where I can be myself, not just the commercial designer from the corporate world. And who knows. Maybe one day this is exactly the environment that ends up paying my bills.
