Můjpass.cz is a nationwide venue database where Sodexo clients find places to spend their employee benefits. Nobody had touched the UX in years. We fixed that and rebranded it to Pluxee while we were at it.

INTERNAL REPORTING MODUL

Internal Reporting is Pluxee's reporting module used by HR teams to track how employees use their benefits. For years, every report had to be prepared manually by an internal team. We changed that.

Internal Benefits is Pluxee's module that connects HR and employees around company perks. The old version was confusing, inconsistent and technically limited. I redesigned it so both roles can finally find, manage and use benefits without friction.
