A complete redesign and rebranding of the Mujpass.cz portal for Pluxee (formerly Sodexo). The project focused on optimizing the merchant search engine to improve user orientation and increase revenue by delivering more relevant content to over 48% of mobile users.

Redesigning the visitor journey by bridging heritage with digital innovation. I optimized the service ecosystem to improve navigation and engagement for international tourists.

Product Design

Unifying global navigation across Pluxee’s digital ecosystem (Cafeteria, Portal, NGM). Based on mixed method research, I replaced fragmented patterns with a consistent sidebar structure to streamline cross platform switching and reduce user confusion.

Transforming a manual reporting service into a self-service digital tool. I designed a data visualization dashboard that empowers HR managers to track benefit usage in real-time, filter complex data, and generate automated exports without support.
